Shipping policy

The current delivery date will be published on our website and will be announced to you together with the order confirmation.
The delivery location corresponds to the information in the order confirmation. For convenience, we may ship multiple products from the same order in multiple split shipments; we will inform you of this with the dispatch note. If this increases the shipping costs, we will only do so without your consent if you were informed of these increased shipping costs when the contract was concluded.
If we cannot meet the estimated delivery date specified in the order confirmation and the corrected delivery date is no longer within 30 days of the order date, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the new delivery date.
